Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for purchases made on upscainotes.in.

1. Nature of our products

We sell digital products that are delivered electronically and unlocked on your device immediately after payment. Because access is granted instantly, we strongly encourage you to use the free Live Preview available for every tool before buying, so you know exactly what you are getting.

2. Cancellations

As access is delivered instantly upon successful payment, an order generally cannot be “cancelled” after payment. Eligible situations are handled as refunds under the section below.

Email upscainotes.in@gmail.com (or use the Contact page) within 7 days of purchase, including your Razorpay payment ID and the email used at checkout. We respond within 1–2 working days.

6. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days (your bank may take a little longer). Once a refund is issued, access to the related Product is revoked.

7. Failed or duplicate payments

If money was deducted but your order did not complete, it is usually auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. If you do not see the reversal, contact us with your payment details and we will help.
