Delivery Policy

This policy explains how your purchase is delivered on upscainotes.in.

1. Digital products only

UPSC AI Notes sells only digital products (interactive study tools accessed in your web browser). There is no physical shipping and no items are posted to you.

2. How you receive your purchase

Immediately after Razorpay confirms your payment, access to the purchased tool(s) is unlocked in your browser and you are taken to your My Library page. Your entitlement is linked to the verified account (email or mobile) you sign in with.

3. Delivery time

Delivery is instant and electronic. In the rare case of a network delay, access usually appears within a few minutes of a successful payment.

4. Accessing on other devices / later

Sign in with your one-time password (OTP) to open your tools on any device from My Library. Each purchase gives lifetime access, used online on this site (no offline copy).

5. If you don’t receive access

If a tool does not unlock after a successful payment, email upscainotes.in@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID and the email or mobile you signed in with, and we will restore your access promptly.

6. Charges

As all products are digital, no shipping or handling fees apply. The price shown at checkout is what you pay.
